terms of service

- all transactions will be made through etsy (this way you can have more control over your commission and more control over your money!)- i have the right to refuse your commission at any time for any reason. if you’ve already paid for your commission, the money will be refunded.- i may use any piece as advertisement for my work.- i may sell the piece as either merchandise or prints. (this only applies to canon characters. i will not sell the piece if it is of your original character.)- i will not refrain from posting your commission due to theft protection. i can hold off from posting it until a certain date if it is a surprise or etc!- i will not make additional changes to your piece after the sale is finished.- of course, you can use the piece that YOU purchased as a cover photo, avatar, sidebar image, etc!!- pieces can take anywhere from a few hours to a few months to complete.- if you decide you want a refund after i have already started the commission, i will refund the portion of the money on the piece that i have not worked on.
